I always thought I had an aversion to cooking. My idea of dinner was a bowl of cereal or a quesadilla. Now, since having ventured quite pleasantly into the world of baking, I’ve decided to tackle my life-long fear: cooking! I plan on buying and cooking as well reaching into the past archives of my mother’s Mexican dishes.
