fried potato in Rojak

It’s an Indian meal of mix of meat and deep fried potato, very nice and (I admit) quite expensive but worth it lol

I ‘invented’ a simple but very nice meal

I was so hungry yesterday and checked out my refrige and desperately made a very nice meal using limited ingredients (egg, cracker, Thousand Island and special Indonesian recipe called ‘sambal bawang’ which in English would be ‘onion chili’. I might post it in my blog when making another one this morning for breakfast hehe

I made fried chicken last week and used the curry from the boiled water to make a soup! Yummy! =))

durian?

what do you guys think of this tropical fruit? Andrew Zimmern thought it’s a fruit with a smell like a stinky sweaty sock. Oh Andrew, that sorta makes me feel bad as I like the fruit so much. LOL
