I love the Time Life series of cook books. My treasure is the World of Foods series. I cooked for a restaurant owned by woman who had a Ph.D. in Food Science. She kept all the spiral bound recipe books in the kitchen, which is where I first learned of the series. Though I was a poor student, I began subscribing, and eventually finished collecting all the volumes at used book stores. LOVE my World of Foods series.
I like mine with lime squeezed on top, and then feta cheese sprinkled over it all for a garnish and seasoning. YUM!
