I think these are my dad’s favorite Christmas cookie.
When I first saw the page, I thought it said tofu brittle.
Nothing quite like dark chocolate. I’m actually known as a chocolate snob in my family, because I won’t eat anything else (milk chocolate just doesn’t taste chocolaty to me).
I may need to invest in a new candy thermometer for this. The numbers have been worn off mine.
Oh, man. You guys are going to make me fat. Too many delicious goodies!
Mmmm.... I’ve been a chocoholic for life, so these are definitely on the to-bake list.
