I had a friend over for lunch today and we had spinach salad with sesame chicken, red peppers and cuckes. To round out the meal we had homemade pickled ginger ang inari sushi (rice inside a deep-dried tofu pocket) with brown rice and walnuts. Dessert was matcha and some homemade wagashi as we practiced tea ceremony.
