Make patties out of left over sweet potatoes, cover in cornmeal & fry for a new twist on the leftovers...
Makes me wonder why I only have homemade cranberry sauce in the fridge once a year.

For breakfast. At least it is carrot cake! Raisins, carrots, cream cheese. Almost balanced???
I tossed with olive oil, s&p, some rosemary and roasted at 375, tossing in some walnut halves at the end. Yum.
is 5:26 too early for breakfast? It is mid-afternoon in France and I am craving my coffee & sweet.
But old fashioned cheerios, banana and milk for breakfast tasted great!!

Made a breakfast ‘pudding’ of leftover brown rice heated with almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup. Felt perfect for this fall ‘holiday.’
and meals built around trailmix and granola, a big salad sounded great. Highlight: a truly perfect tomato.
made with yogurt, eggs, butter and not frozen blueberries. Who needs a fridge?... But still going to buy a new one this AM!

Not much in the fridge so I made a panini/ grilled cheese with Acme bread, cream cheese, avocado, and maldon flaked salt. Yumm
It’s a little weird (more like lemon?) but good with coconut spiked granola.
