Hummus

Well I don’t know what went wrong but the hummus recipe I love was not in favor of adding marinated artichokes to it, will have to experiment.

Orzo

Anyone have a good recipe using orzo, that small pasta? I just had about a cup scatter all over my kitchen while I was looking for elbow pasta. Off to clean up, sigh.

Lunch

I made a basic chili recipe using ground beef and frozen veggies, beans, brocolli,red and green peppers, a frozen soup mix, and frozen seasoned black bean and corn mix. Topping with cheese it was great.

Anyone know a good cheesecake recipe that does not use sour-cream? I found one for caramel cheesecake that sounds divine, but want one for a good plain cheesecake as well.

tuna ideas

I love the idea of spicing up everyday dishes. I like making egg salad with a dollop of pesto or tuna with red, green bell peppers and celery. Give it a try.

Fish Sandwich for Lunch
