This is a nice recipe. I do make my own biscotti, and prefer the almonds chopped coarsely.

These look great! I like that there is a chewy element to the cookies, but also a crispness.

I have never used crystallized ginger, and this recipe made me interested in trying it, perhaps even making the shortbread.

I have to say, after reading the recipe, this may be a little too sweet for my husband. It would be right up my alley, though!

The recipe looks fine. I’ve raised four kids. It’s super important to consistently have cut up fruit and veggies always in the fridge. They all developed healthy habits.
