Arugula and Orange Salad

Love arugula. Here’s a delicious and gorgeous salad (even if the photo doesn’t say say). Mix arugula with feta, thinly sliced onion, slivered almonds, and oranges. Simply dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Enjoy.
