About coco

I am married, six years now. Married late in life. My husband has three grown children and two grandchildren. Love the extended family. I’m one of six children. Love having people around!

Used to travel a lot for business, so didn’t cook much. Since marrying a man who likes to cook, I’ve been spoiled. But, I got to retire when he did. So, have taken up the spatula and am becoming a very good cook and an adventurous one. Family and friends are rather amazed.....

Am on the Board of one non-profit helping keep Seniors in their homes safely and work with a second one caring for children in Latin America countries. This helps give back to this world and keeps the grey matter from turning to sludge.

We love to travel. We have been lucky enough to travel a good bit of Europe and the US. One of our favorite part of traveling is finding true local cuisine, not Americanized versions of local dishes. The other is finding the true local culture and art.

We lost our beloved cat right before Christmas and are waiting before bringing in a new fur-ball. My husband had Louis for 21 years!! And, Louis graciously adopted me, after some time together.

Love to read, sew, play backgammon and watch all kinds of movies.
