I love all aspects about food and drink - there is so much that is expressed through cuisine. I am an adventurous diner who is always willing to try something at least once and I am a locals only recommendation type of diner. I feel very strongly about expanding your horizons and I do so through cooking various meals. The kitchen is where I feel most at ease and I love to experiment. I am also an avid home brewer.
