I made this last night and it worked beautifully. I didn’t use a 9x3inch springform, just a regular cheap old 9x1.5 inch cake pan, but if you use a large band of parchment paper, that goes past the sides of the pan, it works just fine. Tasted great,light, lemony, fluffy.
