Mmm! I’ve never tried Panforte, but this looks like a great recipe.

I love fudge and this recipe looks great! I often make fudge to give away (and eat!) around the holidays.
These make me hungry just looking at them! My kids would love these, too--they always love chocolate cake and chocolate cookies.
I also appreciate the tip that they burn easily and that some ovens should be set lower...my oven tends to cook things a little more quickly than other ovens I’ve had, so it’s good to know I should probably adjust this recipe.
Wow, it had never occurred to me I could make my own marshmallows! I think this would be a blast for my kids, especially since it’s kind of like an edible science experiment.
