I love God, my husband, my daughters, my extended family and people. I love serving people and cooking is one of my venues. Another venue is helping people get well, which I do as a nurse. I am constantly striving to learn about nutrition as related to health. I also love my animals and my farm. Trying to find balance is a daily quest; for me change is imperative and inevitable. Although a lot of times necessary, I hate following a recipe; prefer the concepts.
