And leftover brown rice freezes beautifully too.
Sometimes it’s hard to have ‘leftover’ rice to make fried rice. So now, I buy pre-cooked frozen rice at my local market, sold in the frozen food section, and keep it in the freezer. That way, I always have the ‘right’ rice for making fried rice.
I really like this book! I got the Kindle edition and I love the humor. Reminds me a lot of how I feed my 4 year-old; giving me a little validation that I didn’t permanently harm my son by feeding him larb and kimchi.
I am SO seeing this movie!
