    (By the way, the part where you call it a “plu-oh,” reminded me of when I started college and walked up to a table advertising gym classes and asked the woman (all brimming with fake-confidence) if they had any “pilates” classes, pronouncing the word like the people who fly planes “pie-lets.” )

    I wrote an open letter to the editors of Gourmet after reading a ridiculous letter to the editor that they posted in the August issue. Sad that there are people that think this way, and worse that Gourmet would give them a platform
