I love Deborah Madison’s “Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone.” I mean, I love it. I’ve never, ever made a bad recipe from it and not only that they’re so delicious and pleasing to veggies/non-veggies alike. I usually cook from gourmet.com or williams-sonoma.com (which has a lot of surprisingly good offerings) online, but when I need something quick and in-hand I always go to “Veg. Cooking.”
