Curried black beans and chick peas(got the link from an earlier fritter)over brown rice. So very delish, and my 8 month old loved it too!
made the famous Oatmeal bread yesterday with whole wheat flour and added flax and bran. Had it warm from the oven with fresh grilled salmon and marinated asparagus.
Changed/adapted these breakfast bars to include lots more whole grains. Used old fashioned oats, whole wheat flour and added flax, bran and other yummy things. Good enough for my husband to take them to share at work.
Hamburgers made with locally grown beef, topped with tomato, lettuce, and avacado slices. Had it along with garlic dill fries and it was delicious!
