I love this post, cause I feel exactly the same way. I actually grind up my favorite crackers, which seems to do the trick for me.

I make a very similar dish, which is a staple in my kitchen. The only difference is I add some diced green pepper. See my version

I love my cast iron pan. It makes everything good. I especially love making home fried potatoes in the skillet on the weekends. I really can’t think of a better way to start the morning.
