morning: 1/2 slice millet bread w/almond butter, Asian pear, black bean and bell pepper salad

mid-morning: small handful of spicy cashews

lunch: corn, bell pepper slices and black beans on corn tortillas with spicy hummus

snack: bottle of home-brewed kombucha and raw kale chips; few frozen grapes

dinner: soba noodle salad with tempeh, eggplant and spicy coconut-peanut sauce; glass of off-dry riesling; two scoops Three Twins ice cream

And plenty o’water throughout!

To be honest I’d never heard of kirsch! I’m curious as to what it tastes like.

This looks great - I think some crystallized ginger would be a flavorful addition.

I’d like some of this with salty macademia nuts!

Maybe I’ll try these with walnuts, since I have a surplus of those on hand.

I wonder how this would turn out without an electric mixer? Definitely would want to try the chocolate variation!

I like my ‘snaps a little soft - and thus always make them a bit thicker.
