Mix brown rice, a little tahini together. Place small amount of this sticky rice mix on your palm, put an ume plum ( or ume paste if you dont care for the pit) in the center, add a little more rice and then form into a ball. Roll this sticky ball onto a plate of black sesame seeds and/or crushed nori sheets. Keep in fridge for a few hours or overnight. This is adapted from a recipe i found somewhere long ago. Quite yummy!
