Every Bite’s a Delight Salad

From the recipe box On The Cheap Eats by
Serves 2

Introduction

There is a reason this salad is called Every Bite’s A Delight. When you eat this salad, every last bite is delicious. We have found that this salad is best with Litehouse Balsamic Vinaigrette. It is good with ranch as well, but nothing beats the Balsamic. When fresh peas are in season they add a nice sweetness to this salad.

Ingredients

2 heads of romaine lettuce
½ tomato, chopped
½ carrot, sliced on the diagonal
¼ of an english cucumber, chopped
4 slices of smoked turkey, rolled and sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
10 kalamata olives, sliced in half
of a red onion, sliced thin
1 handful of Feta cheese
~ litehouse balsamic vinaigrette
~ fresh cracked pepper

Steps

  1. grab a couple nice big bowls and assemble
  2. top with balsamic vinaigrette and cracked pepper
