My favorite gift cook book came from my boyfriend’s mother when I first met her (now she’s my mother-in-law!): Local Flavors Deborah Madison. It was thoughtful and perfect for our Farmer’s Market meals and allowed us to try new foods!

I love the flavor of the orange which came through more on day 2 then it did on day 1. I also used Cod instead and had to cook it a little while longer.
