I love crispy kale! I usually make it to mix with lentils or roasted squash and quinoa, but from now on it’s going to be a go-to snack.

Grapefruit is special because it requires that you take your time with it. We all need a little more fruit like that in our lives, I say! :)

I’m glad to know beets don’t really stain (turns out my tee and khakis came away from the beet experience yesterday without a spot). Must be one of those lingering myths-my-mother-told-me kind of things.
