Started with salt-rising whole wheat bread and butter.. plus turkey sausages and a glass of O.J. Lunch was peanut butter on toast, a banana, and some milk. Afternoon snack of two applesauce muffins. Dinner was a sort of cassoulet...all made in the pressure cooker... white beans, garlic, tomato, and beef. Dessert was a chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream. Oh, and two glasses of Diet Pepsi.
